    I haven't had a steak in years and I can still tell you to go with the marination. Have a light dinner tonight so you're extra hungry tomorrow and it will be so worth it.

    You only need 3 things for a good steak: 1. Meat tenderizer 2. Worcestershire sauce and 3. Tony Chachere's.

    Seriously though,! First step where you went wrong is your froze the meat. If you saw that King of the Hill about how delicious Organic fresh meat is -- well its absolutely true.

    Porterhouse? no marinade necessary, and cook it medium-rare. Tough steaks like skirt need to marinade to soften up. A prime cut though has all the the flavor in itself. Just a dash of salt and pepper, and an ice cold beer, and your stoked. I recommend cooking it on a low open flame as well.
