If the title of this album is true, then you most certainly can't keep Randy down. Randy has been around for over a decade, and prior to this cd, had a politically-driven sound best compared to Propagandhi: hard, fast, and angry. However, with the release of this cd, they seemed to have reinvented themselves. The album as a whole is noticably less aggressive, much much more catchy, and, thats not a bad thing at all. I think the closest comparison I can come up with soundwise is Bad Religion, but with less big words, and they seem to be having a LOT more fun.

What makes Randy stand out, in my mind, is, unlike other political bands, their lyrics are straightforward, reading like a sentence rather than a poem chock full of metaphors, and tackling realistic ideas and offering real-world solutions.

This album starts off with a bang. The first track, "Holy Shit", is probably their hardest to date, and remarks on the alterior motives of organized religion. Other standouts include "The Exorcist" (about the movie, and atheism), "Superstar" , "Randy, I Don't Need You", "They Fear Us", and my favorite, "Working Class Radio".

If you're looking to have a lot of fun, and maybe learn something in the process, check this cd out.

Sounds like if Thin Lizzy were anarchists growing up in Sweden during the 90s and listened a ton of Buzzcocks.

My biggest complaint is like...the last song (I can't remember what it is right now) is kinda like...you can tell the quality is way shittier than the rest of the album. It's like...a really shitty ending. They don't stick the landing, I don't think. Anyway, that's okay because the whole album is awesome. 9/10.

The Human Atom Bombs was fast becoming one of my favorite albums. I thought that I wasn't going to find anymore bands to get into, considering it had been such a long time since I had really liked any new music. Well, this album changed that. No, The Human Atom Bombs was not going to be one of my favorite albums thanks to this one. You Can't Keep A Good Band Down rightfully replaced the other. I can't stop listening to this album since I first heard it a month ago.

    Check it out.

This album is so fucking amazing that this review is a complete insult to everything it represents. Get a fucking clue.

Brett Gurewitz told me to listen to ADDICTS OF COMMUNICATION and it was simple, weak and altogether chock full of patheticism.

This is possibly the best album ever. NO OVERSTATEMENT! Its truly great pop-punk (but pop as in melodic and sing-a-long not as in whiny fake emo).
