Chain Reaction, a small club that has a max cap. of 252 people is located in Anaheim, California and has been around for 5 years. To celebrate, they are having 3 secret shows, last night was Thrice (hardcore), tonight was Indie Rock (well none of the bands really were) and tomorrow night is Ska. Up Syndrome is good, and I'm glad you assholes got fucked over. They are on Nitro Records, and you aren't. Go cry, you "Indie Rockers" haha dumbshit pride... woo hoo. id like to confess that i was one of "the 5 dumbshits" at this show. yeah, so we got jacked by these chain reaction jerks' false advertising, but we still went in and got our moneys worth. yeah the bands really sucked, and so did everyone there. i mean, seroiusly why go to a show if youre just gonna stand there and do nothing. you can do that at home listening to music and whacking off while checking out internet porn for free. my point is that when you go to a show, you should have some damn fun, even if it means making an ass of yourslef. so since i had such a good time, im pretty damn glad to the a "dumbshit." so whoever wrote this review i thank you for mentioning us and just want to let you know that you are a true JACKASS!! WER does it again. To Maggy and Marty, were you the 2 with red hair? anyway, I didn't mean you guys were dumbshit motherfuckers, but you were very annoying haha. I don't blame you though, chain did screw a lot of people over who bought the tickets before they announced who was playing, I on the other hand got the tickets when I heard who was playing (cause of nerf herder). So I understand that you guys had fun creating a buzz, and even though it would have been nci if you guys had toned tag and dancing down a little, I have to admit, you had me laughing the whole time. rock on for still going inside. up syndrome havent sucked my cock...should i feel left out? I too was part of the group of "dumbshits". I would just like to say I had the most fun at that show. Even though all the bands sucked and were a sorry excuse for "emo" or even pop punk I still enjoyed making an ass out of myself. I know its not the bands fault that Chain Reaction fucked us all over and we weren't the only ones pissed about it. There was probably 30 or so kids selling tickets outside, dissapointed in the "indie rock" selection. To anyone who didn't get the joke: oh well. It is really funny how we created such a buzz. Ha ha ha ha ha.. I would just like to say I was amongst one of the "dumbshit mother fuckers" at the show.. that show was great!! I got to go on stage and talk in the mic!! And no, we didn't just leave cuz we "got a clue", we just got tired and bored... Also, I've heard that since the tickets were so similar to the indie rock show and the hard rock show (thrice one the night before) a bunch of people used their tickets for that one and the club didn't even notice. agreed. Up Syndrome is really terrible and sooo generic. First off, bands that purposely spell their names wrong should just break up..now. And cover songs live are pretty lame. it means that the show was billed as indie rock up until a week before the show then it was changed to pop punk... the strongest rumors were that it would be vagrant bands so, about 200 kids left or didn't even bother to show up once they knew who was playing. so yes all the tickets were sold but not everyone came into the club... so it was sold out but it wasn't crowded. this show was a disappointment... and oh yeah up syndrome sucks everyone's cocks, i hate them, they should never have played "at your funeral" to start their set. they just insulted saves the day right there. and and you forgot to mention fag jon was in the middle of a "love sandwich" during nerf herder, that is probably the most girls he'll ever have in his whole life. okay sorry i just hate up syndrome. Sugarcult headlining for Nerf Herder? ;( think about it. "Overall, this show was well worth it, and it was awesome no one was there even though it was sold out." |
