This EP is a fucking nuclear warhead. American Nightmare has the ballistic power to make you want to blow up your house and kill your family. Wes's lyrics are just getting more and more pissed off and the music could not match that feeling any better. 3 originals and 2 covers of absolute rage, frustration, and fury played at 200 mph. They are expanding their sound, but they still maintain that power that the last EP had. Amazing packaging and the CD is translucent like NOFX's "Decline". If you have the CD version of this, you might have trouble playing the last track(track 5). Thats the only short coming of this cd. I can't wait for the full length on Equal Vision this summer. If you get this teaser, you will know why American Nightmare are one of the most talked about bands in hardcore.

this shit is not the shit, shitterly shitlins!! Fuck in a right! who else is TIRED of hearing about this band? i am. the most overrated band in hardcore. the cd is not a nuclear warhead, it's just a throwback mid 80s boston with a lot more anger. quit talking about them like they're the second coming, they arent. they're just four hardcore kids and a mod playing music. nothing special about them. This American Nightmare CD proves that their previous release on Bridge Nine was no fuckin' joke. THESE GUYS ARE SICK!!! what the fuck is going on with the 5 of the same review |
