SylvieI Wish I Was Driving (2002)Does Everyone Stare? Reviewer Rating: Contributed by: Megan (others by this writer | submit your own) Published on April 1st 2003
Sylvie’s full-length debut, “I wish I was driving” is decent. It’s slightly above mediocre, but quite a bit below excellent. Reading the press release from Does Everyone Stare? Records leads you to believe you’re in for an amazing treat. There are comparisons to Jawbox, Fugazi and Tool, sanctimonious praises for a band that unfortunately, can’t live up to the hype. The cover art is simple, a crumpled photograph of a couch centered in white. It’s a soothing image that draws people in; you want to like this CD. Please login or register to post comments. yes. yes she is. double anal penetration 4 life. You know who's cool? Sylvia Saint. I think the review over at flexyourhead.net actually describes that album, rather than getting arty and talking about weather: Wow a record with its own weather system, sounds great to me! Uhhh, yeah for all your artsy description of this, you basically told us nothing... | Features
