When I first listened to this album, I felt as if I had traveled back to the ‘70’s. The Fruit Bats are a melodic folk band whose sound is so gentle and soothing it could put a baby to sleep. Please login or register to post comments. What are the benefits of having a Punknews.org account?
I love the multiple layers to the music; it's seems so simple, but the more you listen, the more you are wowed by the sophistication. Saw them live. They'll get you there too! yo add a dinner bell triangle and i'll buy your whole catalog. I just found a program that lets you compose a song completely in gunshots and bird tweets! Gold record here I come! I see they have the banjo and xylophone...but not almighty triangle??? PASS! Comment below was funny, whether or not the dudebrah was serious. Good review--it got me interested to go and check the album out. | Features
