brand new and senses fail both? omg thats like heaven! brand new and senses fail both? omg thats like heaven! brand new kicks ass fuckers "I seriously doubt if your sister was to be stabbed in the throat she would be making a screaching sound. More likely than not it would be physically impossible to make any sound after a stab wound to the throat being the nerve damage(not to mention trauma occured to the larynx, pharynx, or major veins and arteries)." hey hey hey, aren't we all a little gay? holy bejesus, do you guys seriously have to use gay as a negative word? damn, grow up you pieces of shits. "drawn from endings is motion city soundtrack without the keyboard" i dont think that was oldpunker anyway, unless he dropped the caps act. Why is there always some old guy saying "I don't like this much. I prefer the misfits and Sex Pistols". Toby, my bad. I hate cockasses that fake my name.... I really was never interested in any Your Favorite Weapon era Brand New songs (though "Jude Law" peaked my interest for a moment), though I found myself awkwardly buying Deja Entendu out of curiousity and a driving need for something different. The album has some great songs, I really love The Quiet Things, The Boy Who Blocked His Own Shot, and Me Vs. Maradona Vs. Elvis; these songs have a great, solid pop rock foundation. However, the rest of the album is just so bland. I really feel bad when listening to tracks like Guernica, or I Will Play My Game..., just because they are so horribly mediocre, yet share the company of some really good songs. Deja, I found, is both hit and miss. I don't know. I'm just wondering how he knows what it sounds like when his sister is being stabbed in the throat. "I seriously doubt if your sister was to be stabbed in the throat she would be making a screaching sound. More likely than not it would be physically impossible to make any sound after a stab wound to the throat being the nerve damage(not to mention trauma occured to the larynx, pharynx, or major veins and arteries)." These bands all suck, I like the old rough stuff like Misfits rock music. I seriously doubt if your sister was to be stabbed in the throat she would be making a screaching sound. More likely than not it would be physically impossible to make any sound after a stab wound to the throat being the nerve damage(not to mention trauma occured to the larynx, pharynx, or major veins and arteries). "I thought my twelve-year-old sister was on stage being furiously stabbed in the throat, but no, it was just the penetrating screeching by the owls known as Senses Fail onstage." Decent content, but your format and style of this review made it a friggin bear to read. It flowed like molasses on a cold day. couldn't make it to the show. i really wanted to go and make 3 shows in a week. oh well... This score is for Crime in Stereo. | Features
