Andrew W.K.live in Pittsburgh (2003)Tours Reviewer Rating: Contributed by: Magician (others by this writer | submit your own) Published on November 18th 2003
“We don’t play concerts…we throw parties!” Well, Mr. W.K., that couldn’t be more true. Allow me to preface this by saying; I have never been compelled to write a review before (neither album nor show). I can’t say whether I will ever write one again, but I do know one thing: this show deserved a review. I should state that the only reason I came to the show was to see Andrew W.K. I had seen him perform one other time at the 2002 Warped Tour and I knew he would not disappoint. I did not know at the time that Andrew W.K. would exceed every expectation. Omfg !!! teh andrew w. K. Rocks out like he has a cocks out !!! the wolf is rock for good. He is the bettre than the simple plans and teh not very good charlots. Lars r. No Bryan, I do not know Brian. Sorry. Magician, You do know that Saves the Day didn't invent the word "reverie", right? Please tell me you knew that. You're exactly right. Come to think of it I meant "reverence", or something like it, but the only word that could come to mind was reverie. It's that stupid English language. The words are so similar yet have completely different meanings. My error. unless you meant andrew wk was in a state of daydreaming, i think you might've misused reverie. LOL I think it's fairly self-explanatory. "in all his grungy reverie" his set for this tour (if anyone cares) Sat. January 17, 2003 CC.COM muahahaha. The Steelers are gonna lose to my Brownies this week then go off and win the division yes. yes you are a fag. Andrew W.K. sucks a big fucking COCK Suburb of Pittsburgh yep thats me.... The Steelers... man, this is a tough year. I like Tommy Maddox and all, but I have got to say that I never lost faith in Kordell Stewart. But this yearit isn't a question of the QB, it's EVERYTHING. Sigh. At least Penn State is doing well... oh wait. No .... miserable. Concert review, superdude. Concert review. I, too, reside in the Pittsburgh area. I go to Duquesne University, but I'm not originally from the 'Burgh. How 'bout them Steelers? "I was too awed to register the titles in my memory bank. old pitty as i call it. yep i live here, and i am going to die here. i can feel it. I live a little bit outside of Pittsburgh, but spend most of my time in Friendship (right by Oakland). what the hell is with this superdude character? So who here is from Pittsburgh/the Pittsburgh area? This review was good, but here's how I would make it better: Scott, do you know when Laga is closing? I can't seem to find a date, although I've heard as of 12/31 is will be no more. I was standing outside of this show w/ a handful of my friends for one of their birthdays. I gave it my best to try and get 'em to go in, but since it wasn't by Joker Productions they couldn't get in free and didn't want to see AWK. | Features
