they rule, fuck the nay-sayers. no its not punk, fuck you. do not compare them to rock/pop/punk bands. they are hardcore, your not. get over it. great cd. i hope the LP comes out soon, i want it now. i'll only start crying once your sister stops giving me head lyrically amazing???? but the second everyone starts listening to Black D. Murders, you'll start crying about it. everyone should listen to The Black Dahlia Murder This CD is lyrically amazing The Rise has a new cd coming out in the summer, way to look like a dumbass. Just listened to the stream the other day and I gotta say this sounds amazing. I really like the toned-down digital hardcore/idm sound going on here - not nearly as harsh as atari teenage riot or squarepusher (also bands I like) and it sounds nothing like NIN (for all those saying fuck NIN in their comments). yea eat my wee wee anonymous man. eat my ding dong poop face Yeah poopypants, I'd never accuse you of being immature. hahaha, i like this ohio guy. u r funny. i fully agree. and i think the mars volta suck. my good friend considers them the best band ever, and if your like, "nah i dont like it, i can't get into it, its to jammy, an 8 song hour long album? hells no" he's like "eh, u just don't get it" like i'm some musically challenged retard. thats the thing, the fans are worse than them, they can't accept that not everyone loves the mars volta, they think if you dont u just don't know enough about the technical aspects of musci, or that your tastes are immature. he's acutally told me that i have immature tastes. oh yea fuck this band. "This is what original movement was against... A bunch of old farts jamming away to jack off nonsense sounds in a studio. " The bands name just about sums this up! its funny when people spazz out because they cant take other peoples musical preferences. they can make a half-assed reality show with all the bitterness on these message boards and put all dramatic music in the background. this sounds lame. and you are all lame. when will a goddamn good cd come out. all i hear about these days are emo fag flash card shows and bands with no bass and NIN cover bands and boring bob nana singing all boring like and bands about fishsticks and fucking bands that sound like blood bro's and have a name like that lame conor oberst band whom also suck and you guys all suck like diging in and then kirby gets mad at me on boards where the band goes !!!! in their name tis gay all tis gay i hate you all i hate you all i need a good band i wnat good music i wna tbass in a band i dont' want scott listenting to NIN or emo core or dustricoreal. fuck you fukc you fuk fuk fuk My money would be better spent if I gave it to your mom so she could have her penis removed Your money would be better spent on Short, yet informative. it's allright, lots of potential, but there is better out there and more original i should add, unfortunatly this has been done before. i couldn't listen to it. Rancid, Original? ya i posted that comment below forgot to attatch a sig scott- I'm all for change... But not like this. Everyone gave up on real instruments, I guess. edit: they say punk is change. you know....they talk about punk being about progress or whatever.....punk was never about progress....it was about reverting back to the old way before arena rock...going back to basics. I really like this disc, but I can't stop listening to "The Grey Album." ever since epitaph started streaming it, i have been listening to this way too much. awesome shit, highly looking foward to the full length. Carl- the band that originally did homicide is 999 and they were one of the early punk bands from the uk, i believe. I really like the original version, or at least the live version that i have, and this one is good as well i think i might buy this. I was honestly excited for this to come out Mike Patton ? I prefer Patton Oswald. At times.... this shit sucks if you wanna hear a good version of what they could have done listen to The Rise they are on Ferret Records stupid band name didn't Error do a remix of a transplants song on punk-o-rama 8? that wasn't too good. reviewer didn't comment that the song homicide is a cover of some band that i've never heard of, I downloaded the original, and it's not a very good song, Error's version is quite good though. I just bought this. 10/10.At last something good Eh... huh, didn't feel a thing. Atari Teenage Riot are/were much better It seems well-put together, but I just can't get into it. The name of this project makes sense. My one complaint is the near $10 price tag Was surprised with this, and not pleasently. Really, does anyone listen to Digital Hardcore anymore? Anyone know who will be picking up vocals after this EP then? This album is to books like Indiana Jones and the Temple of Doom is to toilet seat covers! yeah...well...it's interesting to say the least. I love this ep. Very disappointed to hear that Greg DEP is only a guest vocalist though. Not what I was expecting. Not 'punk' by any stretch of the musical sense...but not bad. The mp3 you gave kicks ass, at least. eh..... i dunno |
