When the Starland Ballroom sells out a show, you know it's going to be packed up the ass. I found a spot at the back of the main floor and hopped up on one of the raised platforms so that I could get a decent view of the stage. Being short sucks. Please login or register to post comments. by the way...thrice is christian. at least some of the members. my friend visited a church for a bible study once...and they were there. just because a band consistes of christian,, doesnt mean they will be proclaiming their faith in every word. and just because they arnt screaming JESUS SAVES !! JESUS RULES !! in their lyriics, doesnt mean they arnt proclaiming their faith in their music and or lyrics. many of the songs have christian themes woven in, u just gotta be intelligent to irealize it and see it. but yeah..rock on Wow the trice CD sucsk ASS!! seriusly thrice has dissapointed me once again... christ rocks. thrice rocks. aws rocks. not christ rock though not christian? have you read the lyrics on the first two CD's? thrice isn't a christian band. so yeah, the person that said that is wrong I come on this website to get some good info for my future adventures. All you people who sit there and write all these stupid comments need to get a life. I feel sorry for people who worry more about if thrice is on trl, then that they donate money from each sale of a cd to great causes. Seriously get a life. You'd have nasty pits too if you were playing sweaty club shows to pre-pubescent teens like yourself every night. They're awesome and getting a crowd riled up, and the one song I recognized was awesome. If you're a fan of Thrice and haven't seen them live yet, GET TICKETS (although if you plan on pitting...) i went out with a girl named jill in sayreville. the ony reason i red this review was because i thought of that. who the fuck claims thrice to be their heroes l o fucking l Everything just got blurred together....you didn't get the memo? Why do they review heavy metal on punk sites these days? Is everyone oblivious to the fact that THRICE rock for CHRIST??? I guess the reviewer is part of thrice's new target audience, the 8th grade trl kids. Remember to vote for us!(I fucking hate that when bands have that shit on their site.) i saw this show in orlando, florida but had to sit through darkest hour (what is it with you kids and any band that calls themselves metal? listen to megadeth or slayer and boycott victory records) instead of vaux. moments in grace are a great band; a little out place on this tour, but thrice asked them to play. what are they going to say? of course i realize everyone's entitled to opinions, as this reviewer certainly is. but slagging every band (and reviewer) that you 're too hardcore not to like gets annoying. grow up and realize that hardcore died with minor threat. ed doesnt go by "eddie" sweetheart Great review!
