Foundation is the acoustic side-project of Rob Huddleston, a name you might recognize from the liner notes of every Ann Beretta record as the primary singer/songwriter. Huddleston's main band has been lagging as of late with original, unique material, instead seemingly recording Bitter Tongues over and over again, so this 7" is a nice release from that watered-down genre. wave of destruction was recorded already on the Ann Berretta acoustic album i like this band. I also dig Ann Beretta, but the fact that that one ex-memember stole that fire in the whole song from what ever band, was kind of lame. I disagree with the Bitter Tongues remark. The band has taken a somewhat different approach since Leer left, going more towards a rock n' roll sound, than the pop-punk of Bitter Tongues. How in the fuck is boys whining about getting their hearts broken sexist??? ooooh feminist. i wish the person below me wasn't a jerkass. I am GODDAMN SICK! of these stupid cartoon boy and girl covers with the girls kicking the boys ass, or wielding some kind of weapon or this one... this one is god awful as well! STOP!!! Especially that Hurt Process one.. or whatever it is... that one just pisses me off. I can see how some people say emo is sexist. "Girls are the devil and they break my heart cause im a fucking douche that can't get over my sensitivity" Fuck you and this CD cover! This sounds really really good, and 1234 go are a pretty good label. did anyone here get that metal tin thing for one of there 7"'s, that sounded so cool |
