After a promising 3-song 7" on Rue Royale Records we are given Tilly And The Wall's first full length, Wild Like Children. Wild Like Children comes with much hype surrounding it because it's the first on Conor Oberst's new label, Team Love. Tilly hails from Omaha, NE (big shocker!) and is a five piece of quite young and talented musicians. They come across as your typical Omaha/Saddle Creek sound mixed with Neutral Milk Hotel. But that doesnt mean that this record is at all boring or repetitive. Please login or register to post comments. What are the benefits of having a Punknews.org account?
did you honestly forget to fucking mention intstead of a dummer they have a tap dancer?? yeah.. i just saw them open for bright eyes, it was fantastic. must see the live show. Good shit this is some good stuff. I saw these guys on my birthday and it was some of the most fun I have had at a show in a long time...you have to see them live to get the whole experience this cd isn't slick enough for jason tate I like it a lot. Sweet album, shitty review. No, this record is flat out awesome. It's my favorite of the year hands down. Reckless and Fell Down the Stairs are two awesome songs. Are they punk rock? No. $40 your favorite band isnt either | Features
