The ShempsSpazz Out With The Shemps (2004)Reservation Records Reviewer Rating: Contributed by: greg0rb (others by this writer | submit your own) Published on January 11th 2005
I’ve been struggling with this record for about two weeks now, going back and forth on whether I like it or not. I’ve come to the conclusion that if you want no-frills garage punk that requires no thought, The Shemps really deliver. I do like it; it’s not always what I want to hear, but it’s a fun album when you’re in the mood to get rowdy.

Screeching Weasel's pretty mediocre dude, maybe you should get this Shemps CD Score is for how many times better Curly is than Shemp. yeah is this about the three stooges? The Shemps interviews: Hm. I have their live set, and I listen to it nonstop...maybe this CD doesn't have the same energy, but I'd recommend this band to anyone. What's up with MRR columnists always getting tied up with mediocre bands (Screeching Weasel excepted)? | Features
