This being my first time at the Sterling Community Center and this particular promotional agency, I wasn't 100% sure what to expect. I knew there were apparently a great deal of local bands on this show, so I was a little worried about the runtime. The venue was essentially a basketball court and the singer of Folly put it best when he said "this reminds me of my 8th grade dance."

Posted by Anonymous on Wednesday, May 10, 2006 at 4:06 PM (EDT) I went to one of their NJ shows, and it was all tough guys punching girls in the face and throwing chairs. 5 cop cars, 2 ambulances, an emt, and army reserves showed up during the 2nd band and shut it down real quick. one dead three wounded are fucking frauds. Jesus Christ...considering the ridiculous advertising blitz that usually accompanies Mother's Day, how is it that I don't know it's coming until a post on punknews.org the Wednesday before? My band Shamone'! is playing with Folly and One Dead this coming Sunday. Hell of a mother's day, eh? |
