I've always thought No Motiv was a pretty underrated band. They're simply one who knows how to write a good song, and they do it plenty, like on 2004's rather consistent Daylight Breaking. Now, whether or not I'd want to start a band who takes primary influence from them, that's questionable.

I give this album 8 out of 10. I know it isn't the greatest release of the year but i know the band quite personally as im related to a member. The amount of things they have gone thorugh, as a band, and personally, to get to where they are now is incredible. Most other bands would have given up by now, but not them, they kept going, and to see where they are now is an ispiration for me as i am in a band myself. damn. this is awful. Are you kidding? There's definate No Motiv in there, I'm not sure about Senses Fail because I don't listen to them. But definately more No Motiv then HWM & Cave In. I can't believe this guy referenced senses fail and no motive...way off. "And the Sadness Prevails" was so damn good. 'The Waiting Hurt' in particular. | Features
