The Lifetime influence Oslo, Norway's Death Is Not Glamorous continues to exhibit on their new EP, Undercurrents, is getting to the point of hilarity. While the band in question is obviously a little poppier in nature, they are not hiding the fact that it's worn so well on their collective sleeves, you'd think the cloth from which it's sewn has been sitting in some Salvation Army for years.

yo dead easy to get in the states you should be ashamed.... talk about jumping the shark...ayyyyyyy-eee "I can't exactly figure out why, but that artwork reminds me a lot of No Idea." Oh...so then it's not a song title...it's a song lyric. It's from a line in "No More Pain." What Embrace song? I checked on the album, and there's no "Death is not Glamorous" (keeping in mind there is only one band called Embrace, they are from DC, and Ian MacKaye sings). Definatley a lot of Lifetime influence. How could they go wrong? their demo was so good, i want to hear this Also, see Smalls Arms Dealer artwork. Sharks are the new birds. Skaboom: See Glass and Ashes artwork. I wish this was easier to get in the states! I can't exactly figure out why, but that artwork reminds me a lot of No Idea. yumsville |
