Jonah Matranga is somewhat of a musical vagrant. Over the last ten years, he’s spent time in Far, New End Original, Onelinedrawing, Gratitude, and had a bit of a solo career. If nothing else can be said of the man, he keeps himself musically busy.

something confuses me about this album...I bought it a week or two ago and it says Lukewarm's on there, but I can't fucking find it. the hell? Is he done with Gratitude? He needs to be and just get a Far reunion tour going.... Favorite Jonah songs: Tricky, that song with the refrain "Please let me find out" on one of the skletchy EPs, Bitte Ein Kuss, Smile and Boys. There're some NEO songs that I like, but I can't remember them now. I am just waiting for JOnah to break up with himself, form a band, break that up, then go solo... eight albums later it will still be Jonah Matranga jonah is nothing short of amazing and you should all have respect for him! he is our generations bob dylan! Sorry, but everything this guy does bores me to tears, I mean I have kegs full of tears because of the boredom he caused me to have. i caught jonah a month ago, really good live show, though unfortunately because of a family death, attention wasn't there to play. that would have been great to see them and because they were going to play some gratitude songs and as much as i like jonah solo, i prefer to see him play with a full band. that said this cd/dvd is great and well worth the money I hate to be that guy, but "Hostage" was a New End Original song, not a Far song hostage is a stellar fucking song. jonah just straight up bores me now I don't hate this guy, but he really doesn't do much for me. |
