With a rough pop-punk sound evidently taking cues from the likes of Smoke or Fire and the Loved Ones, Broadway Calls seem poised to steal hearts at the Orgcore parade -- now if only they could find the will to reach out and grab it.

One of the best bands ever. Hands down. This band will literally rape anyone who thinks otherwise. fuck. these guys are rad for doing something completely different than everyone else. i love going to shows/ playing shows knowing there will be diversity in the bands playing. any show broadway calls is on is going to be one of those. try not to pogo and smile when you see them. provided you can get past the fact they dont have crucial breakdowns. better than a band sounded and saying the same things as every other band. this release is fun, and great to fuck to. 5 pink stars. much, much They should have called the album "Broadway Calls the Medic" This band tried to be my friend on Myspace. I rejected them. They're one of those kinds of bands. That is all. These dudes played with Daggermouth a little while ago. i dont know i think this cd is good. it has that good fun punk sound to it not that rockstar punk rock that is going around these days i like. comparing these two bands is kinda stupid. They're obviously trying to be in a band that sounds nothing like their other band. I think it's rad. this is real weinery. CTL is thousands better. They played at my college at a snowboard jam and the crowd was definitely not into them. I'm not into them either. The snowboard jam was rad though. |
