Righteous Jams’ debut, Rage of Discipline was a helluva party. While not taking it too seriously, it was a forceful testament to demonstrating how hardcore can be both equally fun and hard. Their in-the-know twist on traditional straight-edge hardcore simply came off just as sincere.

good album, but compared to rage of discipline it sucks, compared to other bands though, it still holds up i don't know man, this record kinda bummed me out. being from boston i expected the album to be awesome, but it was pretty boring. ive heard worse but this wasnt anything great. Really disappointing. Record blows. Didn't see this coming at all. Missing all the fun and melody that made their initial few years around interesting. I agree. I think Ben hit the nail rather square on this review. Saw this band last Spring and they were ok but there was a strange "meathead" vibe to them. STill their first record was ok so I picked this up and it is horrible. The vocals are so bad it hurts my ears. Dudes should spend less time lifting weights and being in a nitwit gang (FSU) and learn how to fucking sing. these guys rock the shit live hatebreed? are you crazy? this record isnt amazing but definitely doesnt sound like hatebreed. rage of discipline was so solid...they kind of fell off with this one. I saw them open for Dropkick Murphys in November '05. They weren't righteous at all. In fact, they were lefteous. Singer of this band hits up tanning salons weekly. Thats pretty hardcore if you ask me. |

This couldn't sound any more different than Hatebreed.
And, only one guy in this band is in a "nitwit gang," you nitwit, and it's not Joey C.
