Get ready to bro it up! Get your camo shorts and your black lo-top Chuck Taylors with your XVEGANX black t-shirt. Tat up those arms and show off yer spin kicks! Punch some floors, and then gang up on a dude 'cuz he don't roll with your clan, or group, or posse, or whatever the hell you want to call it. RESPECT!

The equation is pretty funny circle pits not karate kicks my friend Since The Flood's first album was delicious. Valor and Vengeance raised the bar for modern hardcore and firmly put STF on the map. It's too bad they couldn't top V&V so they made a cheap carbon copy. Regardless, I will still be turning out to their show next week. I hope they play "Laid to Rest" and lots more from V&V. Eddie Murphy's solo career > Since The Flood who is defending this album? i was the one who said "i don't even like this band/album and i think this review sucks" and i still don't see hardly anyone actually saying "THIS ALBUM IS GOOD." the people defending this wouldnt know real hardcore if it slapped them in the face. pick up and infest cd and take some notes i love that the people defending this cd and the genre are saying things like "you don't know anything about hardcore, just die." it really helps to curb the complaints listed about the band/genre... i hate to burst your bubble, but liking this shit does not speak to the diversity of your musical taste or your alleged maturity. apparently i care...believe it or not some people like more than just 1 style of music...even though that is a nono in the punk scene. this is not a review, this is a personal attack on a certain style of music. i doubt the reviewer even listened to the cd. anyhow, the album may not be good...but there are better ways to say that...maybe im just too old for this website If it's a shitty style of music and a shitty part of the music scene in general, then who cares how accurate his facts about it are? who ever reviewed this album needs to be shot in the face... since the flood>jesse's brother's lame band. y = -3x i don't even like this band/album and i think this review sucks. I love when people tell me what I know and what I don't. They're also really good at telling me what I like and what I don't like. the only thing more crap about this cd is the shit reviewer. you sound like an idiot. learn how to review music. you know nothing about hardcore. die! um, most brocore kids couldn't even tell you what veganism is, let alone care enough about it to follow through on the diet. Yeah, tough-guy hardcore is an ideologically bankrupt sub-sub-subgenre, although occasionally the music itself can be good, especially if you need something like Pantera without making yourself feel like a drunken redneck. The lyrics aren't really the focus of this genre - it's the totally croosh mosh parts, bro. you realize "hxc" kids hate "bros" right? and who cares if a certain group of people listen to a band? its about the MUSIC here not who the fuck the fans are. if i based music on its fans id hate the larry arms because somany people on here like them Ah! I miss the good old Jesse reviews! This review kind of sucks... come on, that intro is horrible. I miss the days when Metal Blade would release decent metal albums |
