As far as the music scene in Canada goes (let alone Edmonton), Uncle Outrage has a firm grasp on being one of the few truly original acts going. Nils (UO's vocalist) has had Edmontonians racking their brains trying to figure out the real messagee behind the band's lyrics, attitude, and intentions ever since they hit the scene (or if there even is a message to be found).

Wow, a couple of anonymous retards arguing about an Edmonton band. It's like the old days of Indecline here on punknews.org. All we need is Jesse Zaraska in here threatening to "FUCKING KILL" someone and it will be like 2002 all over again. "playing for 45 more minutes with only guitar and bass with the whole crowd singing along. you're telling me thats a terribly lame show?" "Singer is a prick and the shows are terribly lame "Taking elements from punk, industrial, hip-hop, metal, electronica, and even good old-fashioned shameless radio-worthy pop" Their last one had some really solid tracks on it for the most part and sounded like they were really onto something. This one is just more of the same. These guys are quite horrible the vocals and synth remind me far too much of Mindless self Indulgence and they too were a terrible band. Singer is a prick and the shows are terribly lame Wednesday Night Heroes are from Edmonton. Score is for them. this kicks many-much-ass |
