Punk rock is alive and well in the hearts, minds, and instruments of Shock Nagasaki. Simplicity is the name of their rousing and infectious game, and when delivered with just the amount of grit and punch, you are left with the half-hour of goodness that is Year of the Spy.

Then why 3.5 out of 5? That would be slightly over mediocre. Reminds me of Cocksparrer....definitelty glad I picked this up, have been playing it routinely for afew months OK, so you say it's a really good punk rock record, right? this is a real great release, after tko had a phase releasing only second class bands they finally start releasing good bands again. Great stuff i need to hear this. | Features
