This Central Pennsylvania band, that now has moved to Florida, was formed some 6 years back by brothers Bryon and Eric Lippincott, who now both do the vocals and play guitar and bass. They play a more classic style of punk in my opinion, nevertheless sounding different in a few songs.

A few examples: "Dear old Dad" reminded me of Rancid in their earliest stages, "Brick Layer" had some Horace Pinker-ingredients, "Anthem for the Apathetic" and a few others are just plain NY-hardcore. One constant through the entire disc are the powerful vocals and intense explosive guitars. I have to say I don't know what the real bad elements were in it, but after listening to it several times, I still really was not into it. Maybe it had to do with the fact that there's nothing new or innovative going on here. But normally that's not an issue for me. I just enjoyed listening to it, without feeling the urge to play it again.

It was released the same day as Bigwig's "An Invitation to Tragedy" and has that same agression, only it is played with less technical bravura and is a bit older-styled.

The cover looks like a Millencolin rip off.

The band is ok, but that cover is the most pathetic thing i've ever seen. I'm sorry if you think different. Looks like someone is spending a little too much time with photoshop.

I could create something better in MS paint.
