I love Dirtnap Records. The label just puts out quality records. With a history of putting out full-lengths from the Exploding Hearts, the Ergs!, the Briefs, the Epoxies, Modern Machines, High Tension Wires, Marked Men, New Town Animals, and the Spits it is hard to not like the label, unless you just don’t like pop-punk-rock. With this great history I just assume anything the label puts out is going to be good.

does anyone have the lyrics of DOUBLECROSS? I can't speak for this album, but I've seen them live a few times and they're pretty entertaining. One of the members plays in another local band called White Lung, who are pretty awesome! talk about harsh, what I've heard of the album is really fun power pop/pop punk. The lyrics might be kind of par for the course but the songs are catchy and vibes are good and those are the aims I gather. did not like this at all This album is "dull" but the new Jimmy Eat World album, which sounds like it should be the background music on "The Hills," gets an 8? Another sad day for the PN reviews section. Here's the score. 6:50 is way too early in the morning. I also love Dirtnap. Although a little hit and miss, I dig most of the Riff Randells stuff I've heard. I'll be picking this up. keyword(s) - pop-punk I didn't think this would get posted. And I know that the Carlos Mencia line is played out and a cliche. |
