Without a proper touring regimen, it seems like Capital will forever live in infamy as one of Long Island, New York's best-kept secrets in melodic hardcore; frankly, this totally sucks, but so it seemingly goes for singer Tommy Corrigan, who's held down the frontman positions in defunct cult favorites like Silent Majority and Blood Red. With the band's second full-length and Revelation debut, Homefront, Capital continues to fulfill the aforementioned destiny.

This is a great album. Easily a 9/10. I miss Silent Majority, but this is a good evolution. Excellent review. Really love this band. I live on LI and Silent Majority is in my mind the best local band to come out of these parts. Capital kicks ass! Awesome band and record, definitely deserves an 8 IMO. Love this record. Score is for the band/there show. Hadn't listened to these guys before I saw them at Kill Your Idols' last show, and I was really impressed. Great, heartfelt hardcore. agreed. i really enjoy it, but find myself skipping half of the album. But the half I do listen to is incredible. i'm all about the track "disclaimer" this is seriously fantastic I dunno if it is a eight but it is really good. | Features
