The BledSilent Treatment (2007)Vagrant Records Reviewer Rating: Contributed by: chrisafi (others by this writer | submit your own) Published on March 28th 2008
Previous releases from the Bled have been tight, heavy and very popular with a large section of the metalcore crowd, but also with a strong melodic twist which has helped them shape their own personal place amongst their contemporaries.

I've been losing interest in this band pretty rapidly over the past couple of years. branden. you're cool this band sucks ass. This cover art looks like some major-label radio-rock bands album. I have to say that this album matches close to Pass the Flask, in my opinion. I like all of their CD's/EP's. I think this is better than Found in the Flood. Hell, the more I listen to it, the more I might end up liking it more than Pass the Flask. i felt so weird after listening to this record because i actually found myself wanting there to be some more experimental songs thrown in the mix. which is funny because i didn't really like the experimental songs on found in the flood. grass is always greener on the other side i guess. this record does kick a substantial amount of ass though. The 12" and Pass the Flask are by far my favourite. Score's for them. Pennywise review. I'm more of a Found In The Flood kinda guy. This one's good, but not great. This is a good record, but i just can't seem to get to into it. I guess my The Bled days are over... Don't get me wrong, this IS a good album, maybe my words are over-critical (yet the score is 7, which highlights the fact I do certainly like) I thought this album was their best record to date. Sure, it doesn't fill to their potential, but it still pretty much kicks. | Features
