I think this stuff's pretty solid. A lot of is quite hard to digest but the review seems to ignore some it's poppier moments like Pixelated Flowers and $600 man. I think it's rather easy to dismiss this collection since it's not as cohesive as 17 tracks each of the eps were at 5-6 tracks. The Antiphon is the crack as well. Excellent album.

jeff rosenstock is the "bomb" (yes i'm brilliant). BTMI! played an all ages basement show in my home town because there was a 19 show that night. Hands down the coolest thing any musician has done that effects me.

i dont agree that this album is what the reviewer describes it as.

but the overall tone of the review and the what the review is trying to describe more aptly applies to the "review" than it does the album

If these are the same EPs that were on Quote Unquote, then I have to agree with the reviewer. I did not care for this at all. But hey, if you enjoy it, power to you. The "attack the reviewer because he didn't like the same thing I like" BS is getting pretty old, though.

I think it's a pretty fun album. "The Orchid" and "Theme to Athfest" are totally solid. Maybe not the best shit ever, but better than most shit.

I listened to a stream of this a few times and I agree, pretty terrible - a fun side project I'm sure but just no fun for the listener

Jeff Rosenstock wasn't in the band at this time, where's your album at asshole?
