Black Flag's 5th and final full length is arguably their finest and definitely their most inovative, the current lineup being Greg Ginn, Henry Rollins, Anthony Martinez, and Kira. Please login or register to post comments. What are the benefits of having a Punknews.org account?
I don't think there's a problem with the production on My War at all i used to hate this album, now i love it. i also really like minuteflag All of Greg Ginn's jazzy assholery comes together perfectly on this album. I'm glad they went out with this instead of Loose Nut. Good review. However, I'm pretty sure that it was Bill Stevenson that played drums on this. Anthony played only on "Who's got the 10 1/2?" i need to pick this album up... i just got Live '84 the other day, and it fucking blew me away I don't think Spot is a terrible producer. Sound quality on his albums tend to be a bit muddy, but it works in the context of the type of albums he does. Anyways, In My Head is a good album. We need more interesting records like this instead of boring cliche tripe like Anti-Flag. | Features
