Recorded in late September 2001, this recording showcases a great chicago band at their peak ability. Sadly they've called it quits as of a week or so ago...but in case you missed them, this will stand as proof of what a great band they were live. Please login or register to post comments. amazing show, amazing band. I miss this band. I missed that show!!! GRRR! Not only was that Supersleuth's last show, but it was also All Else Fails' and they weren't a very big band, but Dan Precision who used to be in 88FL/Rise Against was just added to that band recently and they broke up too. They've only been around for like 3 years though... and they were melodic hardcore stuff.. I'm not quite sure who to compare them to.. maybe 88FL. Just more guitarness. Anyway, Supersleuth is/was definitely good stuff, and the fireside is and always will be the best underground venue. Period. The fireside bowl kicks ass. Too bad they are going to bulldoze it into the ground. :( why are you questioning the fireside? everyone knows thats one of the most legendary punk/underground venues in the whole United States. |
