Go RydellThe Golden Age (2010)Black Numbers Reviewer Rating: User Rating: Contributed by: Bryne (others by this writer | submit your own) Published on August 10th 2010
Go Rydell have been creating buzz around the Orlando area for a few years now, jazzing up kids with their raucous live show and brand of brevity-laced melodic hardcore. The hype must've drifted north as Black Numbers picked up the band for their official debut, The Golden Age, and it’s a fun, solid listen.

Band is backed hard. This record is amazing. great review, although I feel that the briefness of the cd is something to be embraced. it's very rare that I can find an album that I legitimately enjoy listening to on repeat, and it takes me a good three listens all the way through to start looking for something else. I back this album hard. this album is a really fun listen, and the live show is even more. they sound like 13yr olds trying to play kid dynamite covers. 2 stars for trying and playing fast. and we'll see if ya get better! Solid dudes, solid tunes. If/when Shook Ones breaks up, we'll always have this. | Features
