About Manic:

Chris Manic is a curious observer by nature and a journalist by accident. He began his stint in writing at age 16 where he focused all of his energies on generating record reviews and interviewing snotty punk rock bands during his free time. Since then the quality of his work has improved immensely and has been featured in countless independent magazines including, Zine World, Creamy Fist!, and Under the Volcano. He currently contributes to three national music publications. They are: AMP Magazine, Loud Fast Rules and Hails and Horns. For roughly two years, Chris has branched off into the sex writing biz where he chats with industry starlets and directors and writes the occasional adult film review for an online publication called the Sex Herald. From time-to-time he also finds himself contributing to the Long Island Press, the ninth largest weekly newspaper in the country. Presently, this 25-year-old writer freelances to make ends meet and is enrolled at Stony Brook University where he continues his concentrated studies in journalism.
