About Pervyd:

I pretty much dig whatever kinds of music is out there, except no matter how hard I try, I can never get into the whole grindcore/noisecore type stuff. I respect it, I just can't listen to it. I used to have a fascination with old emo (SunnyDay, Mineral, Far, Texas is the Reason, Brandtson, and the like) and I think that's why my singing voice sucks today. Like any unpopular highschooler in California, I had a mad love affair with hardcore, Cali skatepunk, ska, and underground hip/hop. I've recently in the last 5 years grown a stomach for old country (not that crossover stuff that comes out today.) I'm always trying to find new and old bands that I've yet to hear that may rock my socks off, so if there's any I should check out let me know. Happy 'org.ing.
