Calgary, Alberta's Belvedere has decided to call it a day. Graham Churchill, of the long-running Canadian punk act posted this on their myspace page

I still can't believe i'm typing this, but as of last night after our Calgary show we decided to put this lame horse known as Belvedere to rest. The rest of our shows on this tour have been cancelled. Thanks to everyone who has supported the band over the last 10 years. It's been a slice.

The band released Fast Forward Eats the Tape last year.
