Poison The Well has left Atlantic Records according to Lambgoat.com. The site added that the group is currently in the process of solidifying a deal with a new label, stating, "it won't be a major label but a large indie instead."

The band has also announced some more details about their long-awaited full length, which they began working on last spring with many delays due to various circumstances. The album should be completed in November, with a tentative release planned for early-2007.

Since the release of the their last record, You Come Before You in 2003, the band has seen the departure of guitarist Derek Miller and bassist Mike Gordill. This summer, they will join Shadows Fall to headline the Strhess tour.
