Richmond, Virginia's Sixer may be returning to action after a long period of dormancy. The band is interested in setting up a small tour in September and is reaching out to fans (via MySpace of course) to gauge interested towns to visit on their trek. The band's looking for any help they can get, whether it's the number of a good club, an invite to a house party or even what songs people are interested in hearing.

Sixer has also discussed hitting the studio and re-recording their unreleased 2004 demo Asleep at the Wheel with some new tracks. Nothing final has been announced yet. Sixer last released Beautiful Trash in 2002 via BYO.
