Troy, Illinois based band This Hollywood Machine have posted some songs reflecting their influences of hardcore, metal and love for zombies. You can check out the first 4 songs from their upcoming 7 song EP Now or Never at the group's MySpace page.

Another Illinois–based band, Mars Needs Cheerleaders, has posted some music online. The group plays a mix of melodic metal and hardcore. You can hear two of their songs from their upcoming full length at their MySpace page.

Jenna, who come from (you guessed it!) Southern Illinois, play a brand of pop hardcore, and cite influences from A Day To Remember to Scary Kids Scaring Kids. They also have some songs over at MySpace.
