Famously reclusive Neutral Milk Hotel frontman Jeff Mangum has been popping up more and more lately, and has now unveiled plans to tour the eastern U.S. leading up to All Tomorrow's Parties in March, which Mangum himself curated.
Mangum's band, Neutral Milk Hotel, has remained dormant following their critically acclaimed 1998 album, In The Aeroplane Over The Sea.
