Mark Hoppus of Blink-182 is featured in a new installment of 5 Second Films, entitled "Time Travel Phone." The site, launched in 2005, hosts a number of incredibly short films with three simple rues: 2 seconds of beginning titles, 5 seconds of film, 1 second of closing titles. According to the film's description: "Seeing as how each phone call sets you back $15,000, Mark has reason to be angry with his past self. Sadly, the anger creates a cycle of phone bills that can seemingly never be broken."
