We are pleased to bring to you a Punknews exclusive premiere for Ontario' pop punk band Harbour. They will be releasing a new digital EP called Dead in the Water tomorrow through Black Numbers. The six track EP was produced by Steve Rizun (The Flatliners, Junior Battles). The band will be heading out on tour on a Canadian and US tour this winter to support the release.
