Stand Still announce new album, share “In the Dying Light of a Setting Sun” video

Stand Still have announced that they will be releasing their debut album. It is called Steps Ascending and will be out on June 14 via DAZE. The band has also released a video for their new song “In the Dying Light of a Setting Sun” which was directed by Tom Flynn. Stand Still will be touring the East Coast with Inner Love in May and released their EP In A Moment’s Notice in 2022. Check out the video and tracklist below.

The Calamatix sign to Hellcat Records, release “Rootsyle” video

The Calamatix have announced that they have signed to Hellcat Records. The band has also released a video for their new song “Rootstyle” which was co-directed by Tim Armstrong and Kevin Kerslake. The Calamatix released their single “Book of Love” as part of the Hellcat Singles Club earlier this year. Check out the video below.

MakeWar to release new album, share “Tell Me” video

MakeWar have announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called A Paradoxical Theory of Change and will be out on June 28 via Fat Wreck Chords. The band has also released a video for their new song “Tell Me” which was released by Joaquin Salim. MakeWar are currently playing some East Coast shows and released their EP Stay in 2021. SeeYouSpaceCowboy have announced tour dates for the US and Toronto. The Callous Daoboys and Roman Candle will be joining them on all dates with Omerta and Blind Equation joining them on select dates. GEL have announced that they have signed with Blue Grape Music and will be releasing a new EP with the label. The EP is called Persona and will be out on August 16. Dog Party: “Last Nite”

Dog Party have released a video for their new song “Last Nite”. The video was created by Shibby Pictures. The song is off their upcoming album Dangerous which will be out on May 17 via Sneak Dog Records. Dog Party will be touring the US starting in May and released Hit & Run in 2018. Andy and CD of The Slime talk their upcoming EP 'Trapped on Blood Island'

Later this week, Toronto-based hardcore punk band The Slime will be releasing their new EP Trapped on Blood Island. The EP rips by in just over 3 minutes as the band tears through three killer tracks full of huge riffs, inventive arrangements, and abstract lyrics that peer into our society. Along with showcasing how fun and creative hardcore punk can be, “Beyond Dead”, “Blood Island”, and “Nude” also gives listeners a taste of what’s in store on their upcoming yet-to-be-named album which is due out later this year. Trapped on Blood Island will be out everywhere on April 27 via Cursed Blessings Records. The Slime will be playing their album release show that same day at SeeScape in Toronto, Ontario.

The album has been remixed by Ty Segall and will be out on May 31 via Famous Class. Her Head's On Fire, the band which features members of Saves The Day, Garrison, Small Brown Bike, and The Bomb, has announced that they will be releasing a new album. It is called Strange Desires and will be out on July 16 via Iodine Recordings. The band has also released a video for their new song “Why Are We Alone”.
