Alternative Press is reporting that Jade Tree Records has signed The Loved Ones. The band features Dave Hause of Paint It Black and formerly The Curse, Michael "Spider" Cotterman of Kid Dynamite and Mike Sneeringer of Trial By Fire. There's no word yet on what their first release for the label will be.

The magazine is also reporting the lineup for Jade Tree's CMJ Showcase. The show, which takes place on October 16th at CBGB in NYC, will feature From Ashes Rise, These Arms Are Snakes, Paint It Black, Breather Resist, Depistado and the Loved Ones.
