TheSTART has announced that drummer Billy Brimblecom Jr. is leaving the band. The group posted a classified ad on their message board to all interested drummers.
The band's new album, Initiation [review], came out on Tuesday via Nitro Records.

we are currently seeking a drummer who:
1.is a big rock drum nerd (with impeccable fashion sense).
2.can hit really really hard even while wearing a three piece suit.
3.isn't afraid to be in a band with a girl singer and keyboards.
4.likes to drive alot. at night.
5.can tolerate living with many people in small spaces.
6.loves small dogs who think they are big dogs.
7.thinks budgie is as underappreciated as we do.
8.wants to "do it for the kids"
9.doesn't mind playing live to a click track
10.doesn't have alot of bills and thinks money is overrated. ( see .8 )
11.wants to tour the world 10 months out of the year.
12.is not racist, sexist, a right wing nut job or homophobic.
