Lost City Angels sign to Stay Gold Records

Boston's Lost City Angels have signed with Universal distributed Stay Gold Records. Stay Gold is also the US home of Canada's Jersey. Lost City Angels are currently in the studio demoing new material and will record in late October / early November for a spring 2005 release. Drummer Adam Shaw commented "We're stoked to get this fucking record out, and Dave Stay Gold is the man for the job. Get ready children, it's going to be disgusting."

that was just a joke... just like all the other shit they posted on their journal about why. the reason was basically they hated nitro and nitro didn't like that they wanted to be more aggressive and not as radio accessable (they wanted another rufio or afi).

If that's the case, more power too em......but if nitro execs want another rufio and not LCA then they got no balls making them unable to satisfy their wifes making it completely feasable that said wives were yearining for some east coast dong that duggan couldhave very well supplied

The boys of Lost City Angels are the toughest, hottest, most talented and genuine sweethearts i've ever had the pleasure of meeting. Not only do they work their balls off to create amazing music, but they also work just as hard to accomodate each and every fan and show their appreciation for them. Each new song they put out sounds better than the last...and each far surpasses anything being put out by other new bands. These boys have exactly what we have all been waiting for..and when the record drops its gonna be, well, DISGUSTING. So all the naysayers should shut their foolish mouths because they have yet to discover what good music is.
