Elliott Cole of Pastepunk recently conducted an interview with Adam Pfahler (Jawbreaker). Also included are comments from Timmy Hansell, one of the brains behind the In Honor compilation. Read the interview here, then, according to Fuzzy, "proceed to post incessantly stupid comments."

they butchered it last night for some reason. I don't know if they were having sound troubles or what cause they did a lenghty sound check and it was the second song they played and the rest of the songs sounded great.

Anyway - the people who copied that number down, did you ever actually call him? Did he pick up? Etc.? Do tell. I took the number down for shits and giggles but never actually called it.

if jawbreaker really do reunite, if only for a night... ...i'm going to be loaded! imagine how much these "i was tatecore a year ago but now i'm cool and indie" kids would pay! they will easily sell for a grand each! and... a grand - 15$ = a crapload.

It's the 5-year major label rule. Once a band goes major or gets national exposure, you are required to despise them for 5 years. After that, you must turn around and proclaim their major label releases to be works of misunderstood genius, and that you can't believe why nobody "got it" back then like you did. Then once everyone is convinced that, yes, Band X was great, you must turn around once again and bitch about how all the sheep around you have been brainwashed into liking such a shitty band. I'll try and find a copy of the memo for you.
