A Slew of MDB Records News

MDB Records, the label from Rx Bandits member Matt Embree, has released news of several new and old projects.

Satori, the reggae combo featuring members of the Rx Bandits and The Exit recently completed their full length. The recording was described as "mostly live, all to a oldschool ¼" 8- track machine for that gritty-ass wu tang sound." The record will be released next year via Asian Man.

The site announced a new signing, Coke vs. Bills, which is "a 2-piece (bass and drums, two vocals) from our area and basically are the dirtiest, gruff sounding dance punk we have ever heard." You can check them out on purevolume.com.

Last, the label has posted some tracks from the upcoming Apotheke record, which you can check out here.

hey, its not the Exit, its the Return like i said in the news. http://www.itsthereturn.com/bio.html they mention it in their bio which i think is a little outdated, but the mdb website says the Return on the front page. - jones the bones

Hey bro, it is the Exit. I know, because I was at every Attention to Expression show which headlined Satori. By the way, the 2 San Francisco shows were off the fucking hook! Peace!

i think it's kinda funny that most people who follow rxb had these songs months ago....and Sounds of Animals Fight, Coke Vs. Bills, Satori, etc...

yeah, but no one ever really said anything about them and it was pretty much only fans of rx b. this stuff is different enough from rx b where people who dont like them would probably like some of this stuff. - jones

go to the message board on rx-bandits.com and ask someone there. they all most likely have some mp3s that used to be up at mdbrecords.com
