Strummersite is recording that previously unheard tracks by late Clash frontman Joe Strummer are set to be released later this month. The recording, entitled Elgin Avenue Breakdown (Revisited) come from time Joe spent pub rock band the 101'ers in the mid 70s. Joe's widow Lucinda has organized the release of the tracks through EMI. The release is expected to include a full studio session and a handful of live tracks. Full information is expected soon.

The original Elgin Avenue Breakdown, a compilation of the 101'ers' work from various sources, was released independently in 1981.
