MVD deal with Secret Films to bring Stiff Little Fingers, Buzzcocks, Selecter DVDs

MVD has signed a deal with UK-based Secret Films. Under the deal, MVD will bring a number of live performance DVDs to the US. To date, Secret Films has recorded and filmed over 120 British Chart hits, all in 5.1 surround sound. Among the first selections to be released are DVD's featuring the Beat (aka the English Beat), Bad Manners, and The Selecter. These releases are expected in June.

Also scheduled for release over the next six months are DVD releases from Stiff Little Fingers, The Buzzcocks, New Model Army, Toy Dolls, The Dickies, and Sham 69. Expect those in stores by August.

Well, you're either: 1. Telling Kung Fu to release stuff for real punk bands that they've already released because you think they don't release real punk music. or 2. Telling Kung Fu that these are real punk bands for no particular reason.

I'MA BIG BOI!.... i was referring to them as a whole. They at least have the Bouncing Souls show(which i attended) but yeah i haven't seen the Adolecents dvd yet. No need to get angry now. im oot

Glad to see a Buzzcocks DVD. Think it'll be old performance clips? The live clips from '77 on the Jam DVD were incredible, and I'd love to see some more of that from the Buzzcocks and SLF.
