According to this story, the Killers have announced plans to pursue their own mini-movie/video. The band plans to combine three tracks; two from Hot Fuss including "Midnight Show" and "Jenny Was a Friend of Mine" as well as a previously unreleased song called "Leave the Bourbon on the Shelf."

Drummer Ronnie Vannucci explains that

It's kind of like our 'Thriller, We want to make a movie, not so much a music video. […] We don't plan on being in the movie. It's going to be something that's by the Killers and our idea, but it's not going to be like, 'Look at me.' We want to try and make it more about the art than the exposure."

The band is currently on tour.
