Indianola signs the Never Enders

Indianola Records has signed Long Island, NY's the Never Enders. Their 2004 EP, Air Raid Romance, contains what's described on the band's site as "massive guitar tones and shrapnel-like vocals."

The band recently finished recording their debut full-length, entitled Air Raid Romance as well, which is set for release on November 22nd.

Lost Prophets and Story of the Year? Is such a combo even possible? I imagine you're head would explode with ass if you ever heard such a mismatched group of asshats. But honestly, where have you heard this band before? or is this just an assumption based on the press release? Not doubting, just curious. -Dante P.S. I happened upon Lost Prophets live once (friends band was opening)...It was strange. They were all pretty big dudes but their music was like mock-numetal/wussy rock...It was all bad. On another note we had a box of free LP Singles and it took over two years...Before we gave up and threw the rest away.

My cousin was handed their EP at the 2004 Warped Tour. Out of a lethal combination of boredom and curiosity I threw it in his car stereo one day. It probably would've went right out the window if not for either of us going "well, our [insert radio rock friend] might like this..." Then I saw them open for Boys Night Out a month later. They're competent musicians and energetic live and all (like SOTY), but with the most generic, radio-friendly sing/scream sound and lyrics of the pack. I didn't even make the connection between the CD and them until I stumbled upon that damn disc another month later.

Ah...I see. That's too bad. I hate to see bands that have a lot of energy turn out "dime a dozen" type shit. I always felt they just needed the right inspiration or enough drugs. -Dante

since when has ANYONE cared about ANYTHING indianola has released in the last bit? they just sign rip-offs of rip-offs that will go nowhere. fuck them. k-dubs

yeah, i agree.,...but they had one band, who although went no where, and was kind of a refused rip off, i still enjoyed. the last caffiends record was pretty good - jones

If you see the video of Broken and listen objectively you walk away humming the chorus. For the 40 and older crowd that I have been playing the video and CD for the same reaction is Broken rocks!!! The last few remarks author's must have had bad days or a bone to pick with someone. Stock the shelves!!
