On Saturday, January 14th influential punk band Bad Religion will perform at the Wiltern in Hollywood, CA as special guests for the "grand finals" of the 2006 Guitar Center Drum Off.

The show represents the final round of what is described as the "world's largest drum competition" and besides the band will feature a collaborative performance between Travis Barker of Blink-182/Plus 44 and Andrian Young of No Doubt. Other performers include The Bronx.

In related news, the long-awaited DVD, Live at the Palladium has been delayed again. No explanation was given, but the release date is now listed as March 7th in North America and the 6th in Europe. Besides the promised live footage shot over two nights at the Hollywood Palladium, the disc will include rare content such as an acoustic piano version of "Cease," in-depth interviews with all current band members discussing the band¹s formation, evolution and career.
